Clean and comfortable room.
The check-in process was excruciatingly slow, taking 30 minutes. Staff seemed unhelpful and rude, barking demands instead of offering assistance. Finding the hotel entrance was a nightmare, resulting in walking in the rain with our luggage.

The Good, The Bad, and The Unexpected
I spent four nights in a King Room and found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. The staff was exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast offered a delightful mix of both Mexican and international options. Unfortunately, the wifi was spotty at times, which hindered my overall experience.

A clean and modern King Room was refreshing, and the breakfast offered a pleasing variety, featuring homemade yogurt that stood out as a highlight. However, parking was inconvenient, limited to valet only, which was a hassle for my travel plans. Additionally, some common areas felt less accessible, making navigation challenging at times.

The location is LEGENDARY! ! You can literally walk to a RAVE in just under 2 minutes. If you enjoy loud music and the vibe of a bustling city, this hotel is everything you want.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Modern, clean rooms contribute to a comfortable experience. The breakfast options offer authentic local flavors, making mornings enjoyable.
Locating the hotel entrance can be a real challenge. even taxis struggle to find it. The valet service for parking is inconvenient, taking too long to retrieve cars. Additionally, noise from the kitchen during meal prep can travel up to higher floors, which isn’t ideal when trying to relax. The lack of hand towels and only two bath towels feels a bit sparse.

Comfortable stay with room for improvement
Our stay was mostly enjoyable, but we faced challenges with check-in and staff communication. The room was comfortable, though we'd recommend confirming any special requests in advance. Nearby restaurants offered fantastic local cuisine, which made our evenings delightful. Be prepared for the hotel entrance to be tricky to find.
